摘要
稀土激活的碱土氯硅酸盐荧光粉是一类性能优良的发光材料,具有合成温度低、发光亮度高和化学性能稳定,且易被紫外-近紫外光高效激发等优点而获得了高度关注。从光谱性质和制备方法方面综述了目前国内外这一领域的研究进展,并指出了当前存在的问题及未来的研究重点和发展方向。
Alkali earth chlorosilicate phosphor activated by rare earth is one of the excellent luminescent material.Its excellent properties including low synthesis temperature,super luminescent,stable chemical property and effectively activated by UV-near UV has been highly concerned.The progress in this field at home and abroad were reviewed mainly from the spectral properties and the synthesis methods.The current problems,the research emphasis and the future development direction of those phosphors were also mentioned.
