摘要
报道了氯硅酸镁钙Ca8Mg(SiO4)4Cl2及氯硅酸锌钙Ca8Zn(SiO4)4Cl2中Ce3+的发光特性,研究并分析了Ce3+在这两种材料中的激发光谱、发射光谱及荧光衰减特性。在UV辐射激发下,Ce3+发射出强的蓝紫光。室温下Ce3+在两种材料中的荧光寿命分别为61ns和44ns。
In this paper,the luminescence properties of Ce 3+ doped Ca 8M(SiO 4) 4Cl 2(M=Mg,Zn) are reported for the first time.Ca 8Mg(SiO 4) 4Cl 2(abbreviated to CMSC)and Ca 8Zn(SiO 4) 4Cl 2(abbreviated to CZSC) are two kinds of new luminescence hosts and they have the same crystal structure——face centred cubic lattice with space group of Fd3m or Fd 3.Ce 3+ doped CMSC and CZSC are efficient purplish blue phosphors and their emission spectra show a broad band under the excitation of UV light.The emission and excitation spectra of Ce 3+ indicate that there are two Ce 3+ emission centres in two kinds of hosts.The fluorescence decay curves of CMSC∶ Ce 3+ and CZSC∶Ce 3+ are measured and the fluorescence lifetimes of Ce 3+ in CMSC and CZSC are 61ns and 44 ns respectively due to the allowable 5d→4f electrostatic dipole transition at room temperature.
