摘要
目的:探讨食管癌术后早期肠内营养的方法。方法:对我院2004年5月～2008年7月收治的278例食管癌患者术后早期肠内营养进行临床观察。结果:所有患者无一例死亡,无严重的并发症,无明显的肝肾功能损害。结论:食管癌术后肠内营养既能改善营养状态,促进肠功能的恢复,又能提高机体免疫功能,减少并发症,提高手术成功率。
Objective：To study the effect of early postoperative enteral nutrition on patients with esophageal cancer. Methods：Early postopertive enteral nutrition of 278 patients from May 2004 to July 2008 in our hospital were clinically observed. Results：No death or serious complication occurred in all the patients. During the period of the study,the hepatorenal functions were not obviously damaged. Conclusion：Early postoperative enteral nutrition for esophageal cancer not only improves nutritional status and recovers gastrointestinal function,but also ameliorates immunocyte function,reduces the complication and improves the success rate of the operations.
