摘要
四氯化碳作为ODS(臭氧层消耗物质)之一,必须在全球范围内尽快淘汰。但由于四氯化碳在实验室和分析用途中仍发挥着重要的作用,因此一些必要用途还希望能得到豁免。本报告对有关四氯化碳实验室和分析用途的相关国际政策和出版物进行了详细调研,以便于今后提出豁免申请及制定相关政策。
As one of the ODS （Ozone Depleting Substance）,carbon tetrachloride （referred to as CTC） must be eliminated over the world as soon as possible.However,CTC still plays an important role in the laboratory and analytical uses at present,therefore a number of essential uses would like to be exempted.In order to facilitate the Government will make essential use exemption applications of CTC and formulate relevant policies,this report provides a detailed study on the relevant international policies and publications about laboratory and analytical uses of CTC.
