摘要
以阐述学校体育教育中隐性的人文精神教育的实质为基点,分析在学校体育中渗透人文精神的意义.学校体育自身具有的综合性素质教育优势,符合新世纪高素质人才培养的需要;学校体育对于人文精神的培养具有导向作用、调节作用、充实作用、激励作用、传递作用.并在此基础上,提出了在学校体育中渗透人文精神的途径:以教育观念转变为先导,树立"为素质教育服务"的体育教育观;以课堂教学为途径,弘扬校园体育精神文化;以体育竞赛为手段,培养良好的道德行为规范;以身示范、教学相长,构建和谐师生关系;充分发挥体育文化的独特功能,营造良好的校园体育文化环境.
On the basis of discussing implicit education in school physical education,this paper analyses the significance of humanistic spirit in school physical education.School physical education has the advantage from comprehensive EQO,up to the requirements of educating high caliber talents.School PE can direct,adjust,augment,inspire and impart the cultivation of humanistic spirit.On this basis this paper proposes the means: reformed education concepts being the guidance,PE concepts concerning "assisting the EQO",Class teaching being the major approach,promoting campus sports culture,sports games being the major means,moral education,teachers exemplifying and developing good teacher-student relationship,full exertion of sports culture and creation of good environment of school sports culture.
