摘要
城市地下空间是城市建设发展的宝贵资源和载体,南通作为沿海开放的地级市,同样面临着城市地下空间资源的开发利用问题。通过对南通主城区——崇川区地下空间利用状况的实地调查和统计分析,揭示了目前南通城区在地下空间资源利用方面的现状和存在的主要问题;结合南通实际,分析了南通在开发利用城市地下空间资源中存在的制约因素,提出了提高南通城市地下空间资源利用率的若干建议。
The underground space resources in a city are the precious resources and carriers for the construction and development of the city. Nantong, as one of the medium-sized coastal cities opened to the world, is also confronted with the issues of how to use its underground space resources efficiently. The paper, by conducting a gen- eral investigation and statistic analysis of current situation of the utilization of the underground space resources in Chongchuan, the major district in Nantong, figures out the utilization situation as well as the existing problems. Considering the actual conditions in Nantong, the authors analyze the factors restricting the exploration and uti- lization of Nantong underground space resources, and propose several suggestions in how to optimize it.
