摘要
地下商业街作为地下空间开发利用的主要形式之一,在缓解"城市综合症"中所发挥的重要作用越来越受到重视.在深入调查长沙市两大地下商业街开发利用现状的基础上,从经济条件和市场条件进行论证表明:长沙市进行大规模开发利用地下商业街的条件已经成熟.最后从地下环境、经营管理、立法等方面对长沙市目前开发利用地下空间存在的问题进行剖析.
Being one of main forms of making use of underground space to alleviate the city syndrome, the development of underground commercial streets has been given more and more attention. In this study, the two major underground commercial streets located in Changsha city are surveyed, and by the analysis of both the city＇s economy and market conditions, it is concluded that the timing of largescale development of underground commercial streets in the city is already mature. The paper then focuses on issues including the improvement of underground environments, management ways and related legislation work.
