摘要
通过阐述高等院校学科建设的特征,深入分析了当前西部理工科院校学科建设缺乏深入的系统性规划、学科领军式人物总量偏少和多学科之间的融合度有待深化等现状,提出了系统工程观指导学科建设规划、有力措施提高学科领军式人物的数量和质量、以三个支撑窗为学科建设的长期有力保障等对策。
This paper described the characteristics of college subject construction,thoroughly analysed the present situation of the current subject construction in the western science and engineering colleges,such as lack of deep system plan,small number of academic leaders,the integration of subjects remains to be deepened.Countermeasures are provided,namely having the viewpoint of system enigineering to guide the subject construction plan,strong measures to increase the number and quality of academic leaders,taking the three-support as the long-term and strong guarantee for the subject construction.
