摘要
本文首先阐述学科带头人的基本涵义，其次对浙江高校学科带头人的现状进行分析，最后对加强培养和造就高校跨世纪学科带头人提出一些措施和建议。
Firstly the definition of leading professional in subjects of high education for the coming century is described, and then the current situation about leading professional in subjects of high education in Zhejiang Province is in analysis. Finally some measures and suggestions are presented about how to strengthen the fostering and training of leading professional in subjects of high education for the coming century.
