摘要
地方高校特色办学有其理论基础。陕西理工学院坚持走特色办学道路,在办学定位,专业建设和人才培养,学科建设和科学研究等方面进行了特色化探索与实践,取得了一定成效。要进一步提高特色办学的认识,政府要进行宏观调控,地方高校要认清形势,扬长避短,找准切入点,才能提高竞争力,促进其健康发展。
Local colleges and universities have their theoretical foundations on characteristic education. Shaanxi University of Technology is always on the way of the characteristic education, it makes some characteristic exploration and practice, at the same time has some achievements on the education localization, majors construction, talents training, and science research. In order to improve the understanding of the characteristic education, the government should make the macroeconomic regulation and control; the local colleges and universities should distinguish the situations, develop the advantages, and catch the point, so as to improve the competition competence and promote the development.
