摘要
采用酯酶同工酶酶谱分析方法,对收集的冀南地区广泛栽培的22个平菇菌株进行了鉴别和遗传多样性研究。结果表明,在22个平菇菌株酯酶同工酶酶谱中,共检测到了13条相对迁移率不同的酶带,迁移率在0.1~0.7之间,多态性较高。聚类分析结果表明,在75%的相似水平上,可将供试菌株分为3类,第一类包括6个菌株,第二类包括15个菌株,第三类包括1个菌株。
Identification and genetic diversity of 22 oyster mushroom strains collected from south Hebei area was studied using esterase isozyme zymography.The results showed that 13 different bands were detected among 22 strains,and the migration rate was 0.1~0.7.Cluster analysis results showed that 22 strains could be divided into 3 major categories on 75% similarity level,the first category including 6 strains,the second including 15 strains,the third including 1 strain.
