摘要
分别采用0.45μm滤膜、D-101大孔树脂将北五味子水提液中元素分为可溶态与悬浮态、有机态和无机态。利用电感耦合等离子质谱法(ICP-MS),测定了其中Mg﹑Fe﹑Mn﹑Cu﹑Ni﹑Cr﹑Co的含量和化学形态,并通过国家一级标准物质验证了分析结果的准确性。结果表明:7种元素的总提取率24.34%~74.62%、浸留比0.476~1.401,悬浮态的颗粒吸附率21.79%~85.12%,并通过国家一级标准物质灌木枝叶GBW07602验证了分析结果的准确性;结果表明:元素在残渣中含量较高,说明残渣还具有一定的利用价值。并对北五味子中元素进行了加标回收率实验,回收率在94.36%~107.12%,RSD≤2.98%。
The seven elements,Mg,Fe,Mn,Cu,Ni,Cr and Co,in Schisandra chinensis were extracted based on traditional analytical Flowchart program and separated into water-soluble state and suspension state by 0.45 μm membrance filter.Water-soluble state was divided into organic state and inorganic state by 101 macroporous adsorption resin.The elements were detected by inductively coupled plasma mass-spectrometry (ICP-MS).The veracity of analytical results were validated with CRM's under the same conditions.The results show ertractive rates of the seven elements were in the range of 24.34% ~74.62%,and immerse-residue ratio in 0.476 ~1.401,Adsorption ratio of suspension state was in the range 21.79% ~85.12%.The content of elements was higher in the residue,the residue also had some use value.The recoveries of the elements were ranged from 94.36%~107.12% and relative standard deviations were less than 2.98%.
