摘要
本文使用P-E5000型原子吸收分光光度计,测定了五味子果肉、籽和叶中Cu,Zn,Mn,Fe,K,Ca,Mg,Pb,Co,As,Se和Hg等元素的含量。并将五味子叶,用去离子沸水分别浸提(泡)20和40min后,测定浸提液中上述元素含量,再用同样方法处理和测定茶叶标准物、北芪茶中的上述各元素含量。通过对比分析,得出的结论是:五味子除药用外,还可以进行开发利用,做成五味子茶、饮料等。
The P-E 5000 atom absorbing spectral photometer was used to determine the contents of Cu, Zn, Mn, Fe, K,Ca,Mg,Pb,Co,As,Se and Hg in pulp, seed and leave of S. chinensis. The leaves were soaked in boiled out ion water for 20 to 40 minutes, then determine the contents of above elements in soaked solution.Using the same method to determine the above elements of sample tea and tea of Astragalus membranaceus. By analysing the elements of S. chinensis, we found that in addition to be used as medicine,S.chinensis can be developed as-tea,beverage and other products salubrious to human health.
