摘要
目的:探讨利胆排石汤对胆固醇型胆结石小鼠肝脏的形态学影响。方法:建立胆固醇结石动物模型,利用透射电镜观察肝组织的超微结构的变化。结果:模型组肝脏发生明显的脂肪变性、核异常、线粒体病变严重、毛细胆管扩张等病变。用药组肝脏病变明显改善。结论:利胆排石汤可有效抑制胆固醇结石所致的肝脏病变。
Objective ： To explore the effect of LiDanPaiShiTang on the morphology of the liver in the experimental gallstone mice. Methods ：To establish animal models of Cholesterol Gallstone, the liver uhrastructure changes were observed by transmission electron microscopy. Results： Fatty degeneration was observed in the livers of the model group. It also showed abnormal cell nuelears, pathological changes of mitochondrion and bile capillaries expansion. The livers of the drug group are improved. Conclusion：LiDanPaiShiTang can prevent lesions of liver that are induced by cholesterol gallstone.
