摘要
以氨基磺酸为催化剂,由柠檬酸和正戊醇合成了新型增塑剂柠檬酸三戊酯,产品采用活性炭脱色,通过单因素和正交试验考察各因素对反应的影响。结果表明,当柠檬酸与正戊醇物质的量比为1:5.0、氨基磺酸用量为柠檬酸质量的1.0%、回流温度(135~145)℃和反应时间4 h条件下,柠檬酸三戊酯收率达90%以上。产品经红外光谱定性分析。纯度经气相色谱分析大于99.0%。
Tri(n-amyl) citrate was synthesized from citric acid and n-amyl alcohol using aminosulfonic acid as the catalyst. Effects of different factors on the reaction were investigated by single-factor and orthogonal experiment. The optimum condition was obtained as follows: citric acid to n-amyl alcohol molar ratio 1 : 5.0, dosage of the catalyst = 1% of the mass of citric acid ; reaction time 4 h, reaction temperature (135 -145) ℃. Tri(n-amyl) citrate yield of over 90% was attained. The product was identified by IR. Product purity of over 99.0% was determined by GC.
