摘要
采用无水硫酸氢钠作为催化剂合成柠檬酸三戊酯,考察了原料配比、催化剂用量、反应时间等对酯化率的影响。当柠檬酸用量为3.84 g,正戊醇用量为8.67 mL,硫酸氢钠用量为0.05 g时,159℃下反应2 h,柠檬酸三戊酯收率可达97.1%。
Tri(n-amyl) citrate was synthesized from citric acid and n-amyl alcohol with sodium bisulfate as catalyst. The effects of molar ratio of n-amyl alcohol to citric acid, the amount of catalyst and reaction time on the yield of tri(n-amyl) citrate were studied. When the amount of citric acid is 3.84 g, n-amyl alcohol is 8.67 mL, sodium bisulfate is 0.05 g, react 2 h at 159℃, the yield of tri(n-amyl) citrate is 97.1%.
