摘要
火电厂的厂用电中,烟风系统的一次风机、送风机、引风机和脱硫增压风机等八大风机的电耗约占30%。在机组低负荷时,这些风机通常处在自身的低效率运行状态,通过合理调整风机运行模式,提高风机运行效率具有巨大的节电潜力。通过在机组50%BMCR(锅炉最大连续负荷)和30%BMCR负荷下八大风机采用不同的运行组合模式的参数分析,发现采用单台一次风机、双送风机、单台引风机、旁路增压风机的运行方式能较大地降低整个烟风系统风机的电耗,同时增加了烟风系统运行的安全性。采用这种运行方式只需对烟风系统的设计进行细小的改进,几乎不增加投资成本。
Fans of air and flue-gas systenl, such as primary air fan, forced draft fan, induced draft air fan and booster air fan, are the largest power consumers in thermal power plant, which consume about 30% of total house power. These fans are of ineffectiveness under low load. So there is huge potential energy-saving space in an optimized operation mode. The integrated fan operation mode, which is of single primary air fan, double forced draft fan, single induced draft fan and bypassing booster fan, can significantly decrease power consumption on the condition of 50% BMCR and 30% BMCR load, and can increase the system safety. Based on little modification in design, this operation mode hardly needs additional cost.
