摘要
我国首台自主设计的华能玉环电厂1000MW超超临界机组,烟风系统的风机裕量没有现成的设计规范可遵循。通过对玉环工程风机的设计数据和性能试验的测试数据对比,可检验风机设计参数的合理性。通过比较锅炉烟风系统的各个运行参数和设计参数发现:送风机的裕量与锅炉炉膛出口过剩空气系数有很大关系,引风机的裕量与锅炉排烟温度有很大关系,而一次风机的裕量与磨煤机的运行方式等因素相关,并对1000MW机组的风机设计裕量提出了建议。
Yuhuan Power Plant has the first self-designed domestic 1 000 MW ultra supercritical power units and there are no current design codes for reference in the design of fan tolerance. Based on the comparison between designed and test data of engineering fans, the rationality of designed fan parameters can be testified. By comparing the designed and operating parameters of gas-air system, it is found that the tolerances of FD fan, ID fan and PA fan are greatly related to the access air rate at furnace outlet, the exhausted gas temperature and the mill operation mode respectively. Based on this, several suggestions were proposed on the design of fan tolerance for 1 000 MW power units.
