摘要
为了降低厂用电率、节能降耗,布连电厂660 MW超超临界机组风烟系统采用单列布置方式,并获得成功.通过采用高性能的辅机、热控设备以及合理配置控制系统等措施保证单列配置的运行可靠性,根据运行的实际状况对单列配置及双列配置从技术、投资经济性及运行经济方面进行了综合比较,得出风烟系统单列布置与双列配置的总体投资相当,但单列配置运行效率比双列配置提高3%~4%,而且操作灵活、检修方便、运行稳定.
In order to decrease auxiliary power consumption rate and save energy, reduce energy consumption, the single-row layout was firstly successfully applied in the air and flue system of 660 MW ultra-supercritical unit of Bulian Power Plant. Through adopting highly performance auxiliaries, 1 & C equipment and the reasonable configuration of control system, the operating reliability of single-row configuration was guaranteed. According to the actual state of operation, a comprehensive comparison was carried out between single-row and double-row configuration in terms of technology, investment economy and operating economy, The results show that total investment of air and flue system with single-row configuration is almost same as that with double-row configuration, but the operation efficiency of single-row configuration is increased by 3%-4%, and the single-row fan has characteristics of flexible operation, convenient maintenance and steady operation.
