摘要
研究了陶瓷膜过滤装置处理化工废水中污染物的工艺条件对处理效果的影响。研究结果表明,在操作压力为0.12MPa,膜面流速为6.0m/s的最佳工艺条件下,用陶瓷膜处理浊度为153mg/L的化工废水,可获得浊度<6.8mg/L的净化水。
The effects of the technical conditions of treating the pollutants in chemical wastewater with ceramic membranes filtration system on the treatment efficiency have been studied. The results indicate that when the operating pressure is 0.12 MPa and the membrane surface flow velocity is 6.0 m/s,the turbidity can decrease from 153 mg/L of the influent to less than 6.8 mg/L of the effluent.
