基于膜技术的预冷水微滤减菌工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 采用孔径0.2μm的聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)膜对预冷水进行试验性微滤。结果显示:PVDF膜对预冷水中微生物的滤出率达99.6%,微生物数量得到有效控制,其中金黄色葡萄球菌在过滤后未检出,过滤前后浊度对比明显,基本去除预冷水中所有的大分子物质,包括脂肪颗粒、毛羽、大分子蛋白质以及红细胞等。应用1%柠檬酸清洗使膜通量恢复率达到100%。 PVDF membrane was used to filter the pre-chilling water which aperture is 0.2 μm. The results showed that 99.6 percent microbial were filtering through PVDF membrane, there were effective control on the number of germs, staphylococcus aureus were filtered totally, and there was apparent contrast of turbidity between former pre-chilling water and later, the macromolecule were filtered basically, including fat droplets, mini feather, protein and red blood cell, et al. the recovery rate of flux was 100 percent after lemon acid of 1 percent washed the membrane.
