摘要
高质量教学是学校教育永恒追求的目标,高质量的教学是高校形成龙头专业和品牌学校的重要条件,是学生选择学校的参照系,是高校得以生存和发展的命脉。现行高校教学质量评价制度主要是监控机制,这种制度本身存在着许多弊端,不能长时效保证高校教学质量的提升。适应科学发展观的需要,建立以人为本的激励机制是教学质量评价制度的发展方向。
High quality of teaching is the eternal aim of school education. Improving teaching quality is an important condition of forming the best specialty and school quality. It is the frame of reference for students to choose a school. It is the vitals of a school to survive and develop. The evaluation system of teaching quality now is monitoring mechanism,this system exists lots of disadvantages. It can’t guarantee the improving of teaching quality for a long time. To form a people-oriented incentive mechanism,is the development direction of evaluation system of teaching quality,and it is also to adapt to the Scientific Outlook on Development.
