摘要
作为中国近代资产阶级改良主义者,梁启超的法治思想比较丰富。梁启超深受时代环境和家庭教育的影响,从法理学的角度对法治的必要性和重要性进行了论证,并对中国如何实现法治提出了自己的理论主张。
As a Chinese modern reformist, Lang. Qichao＇ s thought of rule of law is important . Liang was influenced by the historical environment and family education. He put forward his theory of how to implement the rule of law in China from the perspective of the jurisprudence of the necessity and importance of the rule of law .
