大黄对肝部分切除大鼠血清与回肠组织SOD活性及回肠结构的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨围手术期不同时期给予大黄对肝部分切除大鼠血清与回肠组织SOD活性及回肠结构的影响。方法健康雄性SD大鼠60只,随机分为手术对照组(A组)、术前用药组(B组)、术中用药组(C组)和术后用药组(D组),各组大鼠分别于术后第1、3、7天处死取材,检测血清及回肠组织超氧化物歧化酶(superoxide dis-mutase,SOD)活性,光镜下观察回肠组织病理学改变,Chiu′s评分法观察肠粘膜的损伤情况。结果B、C、D组血清及回肠组织SOD活性与A组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);C、D组血清及回肠组织SOD活性与B组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Chiu′s小肠组织损伤评分B、C、D组与A组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组与C、D组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围手术期不同时期使用大黄可增强血清与回肠组织SOD的活性,还可促进肠粘膜损伤修复,保护肠粘膜的完整性,从而起到肠粘膜保护作用。 Objective To investigate the effects of rhubarb in different time in the perioperative period on the activity of SOD in serum and in ileum tissue and the structure of ileum in rats after partial hepatectomy. Methods Sixty healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into four groups: operative control group (A), preoperative administration group (B), intraoperative administration group (C) and postoperative administration group(D). Rats were sacrificed at different times (1, 3, 7 d) after partial hepatectomy, superoxide dismutase (SOD) levels in serum and ileum tissue were determined. The pathological change of ileum tissue was observed by light microscope. Chiu's count was used to assess the changes in intestinal mucosal pathological morphology. Results Compared with A group, there were significant differences in the activity of SOD in serum and in ileum tissue of B, C, D group (P〈0.05). Compared with B group, there were significant differences in the activity of SOD in serum and in ileum tissue of C, D group (P〈0.05). There were significant differences in Chiu's count in B, C, D group compared with A group (P〈0.05). There were significant differences in Chiu' scount in C, D group compared with B group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Using rhubarb in different time in the perioperative period can obviously protect the intestinal mucosal barrier of partial hepatectomy rats by enhancing the activity of SOD in serum and in ileum tissue,and promote the intestinal mueosal regeneration.
