摘要
目的探讨胃溃灵对消化性溃疡患者胃液中 IgG 及 sIgA 的调节。方法采用放射免疫法测定胃液 IgG及 sIgA 的含量。结果治疗前消化性溃疡患者胃液中IgG 含量(GU,0.78±0.07;DU,1.17±0.39 mg/L)明显低于正常对照组3.38±3.21 mg/L(P<0.01或 P<0.05),而 sIgA 含量(GU,9.26±0.09;DU,6.08±1.77 mg/L)明显高于正常对照组4.68±3.71 mg/L(P<0.01或P<0.05);治疗后患者胃液中 IgG 含量比治疗前显著提高(P<0.01),而 sIgA 则显著降低,治疗后与正常无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论胃溃灵可使患者胃液中的 IgG含量提高,使 sIgA 含量明显降低,有助于消化性溃疡的治疗。
AIMS To study the effects of traditional Chinese medicine,weikuiling on IgG and slgA contents in gastric juice of patients with peptic ulcer. METHODS The IgG and sIgA contents in gastric juice of patients with endoscopically diagnosed as active stage PU(GU,24 patients and DU 19)were determined by radioimmunoassay before and after 3-month course of weikuiling treatment. RESULTS Before treatment IgG contents in gastric juice of patients (GU,0.73±0.07;DU 1.17±0.39 mg/L)were lower than that in normal control gro38±3.21 mg/L,P<0.01 or P<0.05).Af- ter treatment the Intents were higher than those before treat- ment(P<0.01),anere is no difference with that in normal con- trol group(P>0.05).Before treatment sIgA contents in gastric juice of patients(GU,9.26±0.99;DU,6.08±1.77 mg/L)were higher than that in normal control group(4.68±3.71 mg/L,P<0.01 or P< 0.05).After treatnt he sIgA contents were lower than those be- fore treatment(P<0.01 or P<0.05),and there is no significant dif- ference with that in normal group(P>0.65). CONCLUSIONS With weikuiling treatments gastr juice IgG contents can be improved to normal range.
