摘要
蜂窝纸板以其优异的性能得到越来越广泛的应用。本文通过研究蜂窝纸芯的加工设备,分析其成型工艺,对纸芯加工的关键参数—孔径比进行深入研究,分析不同孔径比蜂窝纸板的面外受压能力,得到实际生产纸芯所需的最佳孔径比值,为蜂窝纸芯生产及加工装置的设计提供可靠的依据。
The honeycomb paperboard with its exellent performance has been more and more widely used in various engineering fields. Though analysis honeycomb paper board core processing device and its forming technology, the paper carried out deep study on the key parameter - aperture ratios - in paperboard core processing, analysed different aperture ratios and the capacity of bearing outer pressure on honeycomb paperboard surface, thus obtained the optimal aperture ratio value for practical production of paperboard core. The results can provide realiable basis for production of honeycomb paperboard core and design of its processing device.
