摘要
介绍了数控超声磨削装置的结构,论述了磨轮主轴的驱动方案。完成了数字控制器设计,分析了主轴变频调速控制系统软件结构模式。调速系统基于PC机和DOS操作系统,用Borland C++和汇编作为开发工具,实现了主轴变频调速控制系统软、硬件设计,调速系统已经与加工装置配套使用,满足工艺试验要求。
The paper presented the structure of an NC ultrasonic grinding device and the drive of its spindle. It designed the device's digital controller and analyzed the software structure of the spindle's variable frequency and speed adjustment system. Based on PC and DOS operating systems, the speed adjustment system uses Borland C + + and assemble language as development tools and designs its hardware and software. It has been used jointly with the grinding device and meets the requirement of technological experiment.
