摘要
超声变幅杆是超声加工装置中的一个重要的组成部分,其种类较多,且每一种类的各项参数计算较复杂和繁琐,给实际设计带来困难。利用四端网络的方法,对各类型变幅杆的性能参量,包括频率方程、放大系数、位移节点、输入阻抗等性能参量进行了统一表达,大大简化了变幅杆的计算,便于工程设计。
Ultrasonic horn is an important part in ultrasonic machining equipment. There are various types of horns, each having many parameters that are difficult to calculate. Based on the four-end network theory, for ultrasonic horns with a common shape function and different cross sections, performance factors such as resonance frequency equation, displacement node, amplification factor, input force impedance, etc., are expressed using the same equation. In this way design and calculation of ultrasonic horn become more convenient.
