摘要
农村经纪人作为连接农户与市场的桥梁,在农村经济的发展中起着举足轻重的作用。目前农村经纪人的总体素质不高,很大程度上制约了农村经纪人的发展。文章引入冰山模型,从显性素质与隐性素质两方面讨论了农村经纪人素质不高的问题和原因,并根据冰山模型对农村经纪人素质提升的启示,提出提升农村经纪人素质的建议。
Rural brokers play an essential role in the development of the rural economy as the bridge which joins the rural households？ and the markets. At present, the overall competency of rural brokers is not high, which hinders the further de- velopment of rural brokers. This article introduces Iceberg Model and discusses problems and reasons existed in the compe- tency of rural brokers from dominant competency and recessive competency . It also puts forward proposals about how to en- hance the competency of rural brokers based on the enlightenment of Iceberg Model.
