枸杞子对小鼠抗缺氧抗疲劳能力的影响 被引量:15

摘要 研究枸杞子对小鼠抗缺氧抗疲劳能力的影响.给试验组小鼠以2.5 g/(kg.d)和5.0 g/(kg.d)2个剂量的枸杞子水煎剂灌胃,对照组灌服等量自来水,14 d后各组小鼠分别进行常压密闭缺氧试验和抗疲劳游泳试验.小鼠常压密闭抗缺氧试验中,2个剂量的枸杞子水煎剂间达到了差异极显著水平(P<0.01),高剂量枸杞子水煎剂灌胃组和对照组之间差异达到了极显著水平(P<0.01).小鼠抗疲劳游泳试验中,2个剂量的枸杞子水煎剂间达到了差异极显著水平(P<0.01),与对照组之间差异也达到了极显著水平(P<0.01).结果表明,一定剂量的枸杞子水煎剂对小鼠具有明显的抗缺氧、抗疲劳作用. The effects of Fructus lycii on anti-anoxia and anti-fatigue in mice were researched here. The mice in experiment groups were given 2.5 g/(kg · d) and 5.0 g/(kg· d) Fructus lycii decoctions by pouring in stomach and the mice in control group were fed with tap water. After being dealt with for 14 d, the mice were tested for atmospheric hypoxia experiment and anti-fatigue swimming experiment. For the anti-anoxia mice, there were significant differences (P〈0.01) between two doses of Fructus lycii decoctions and there were also significant differences (P〈0. 01) between high-dose of Fructus lycii decoction and control group. For the anti fatigue mice, there were significant differences (P〈0. 01) between two doses of Fructus lycii decoctions and there were also significant differences (P 〈 0. 01) between two doses of Fructus lycii decoction and control group. The results showed that certain doses of Fructus lycii decoctions had obvious effects of anti-anoxia and anti-fatigue for mice.
