从城市边缘区开放空间资源的保护,从郊野公园与城市发展的关系,从边缘区用地及发展模式的转变,从城市和郊区共同发展的需求等视角,探讨了郊野公园的功能目标、发展机制、规划控制管理、土地获得方式、发展政策引导等问题。
This article discusses a series of issues on country park from different angels：the resources conservation of open space in urban fringe area,the relation between country park and urban development,the transformation of the urban fringe area land uses and the economical development pattern,as well as the common development requirement between cities and suburbs.These issues relate to the country park＇s function goal and the development mechanism,including the plan control management,the ways of obtaining land,the development guidance policy,and so on.
