摘要
经济的快速发展同样带来了环境的破坏,生态的失衡,越来越多的人在呼吁发展模式的转变,建筑行业是能源高消耗产业之一,也不断作出调整,其中最为重要的就是基于可持续发展的绿色建筑设计理念,因此,在绿色建筑的基础上推动可持续发展是今后建筑行业的必然趋势,本文正是从这一设计理念为切入点,以苏州凤凰国际书城项目为例,就绿色建筑的发展特点和现有状况对我国的绿色建筑的可持续发展的实现途径进行探讨分析。
The rapid development of economy also brings the destruction of the environment and the imbalance of ecology,more and more people are calling for the transformation of development mode.The construction industry is one of the high energy consumption industries,also constantly adjust.One of the most important is green building design concept which based on the sustainable development. Therefore,it is the inevitable trend of the construction industry,this paper is with this design concept as the breakthrough point,held up phoenix international book mall project in Suzhou as an example.On the characteristics of the development and the existing condition of green building in our country,this paper discusses approaches to realizing the sustainable development of green building.
