摘要
在综合分析已有相关评价模型的基础上,对城市河流旅游开发适宜性评价体系及评价模型进行了探索。①在综合运用文献分析法和专家咨询法的基础上,构建了城市河流旅游开发适宜性评价指标体系,评价指标体系包括5个准则层25个指标因子。②采用层次分析法、熵值法确定了评价指标体系中各指标的权重,并对各指标的分值测定方法及赋分标准给予了准确界定。③通过对绍兴市5条城市河流的旅游开发适宜性实证评价,结果发现该模型的评价区分度显著,资源条件是影响城市河流旅游开发的重要因素,自然环境与城市旅游氛围是其旅游开发的基础条件;并针对评价结果,提出了具体的改进对策。
Based on the integrated analysis on relational evaluation model, try out to construct a suitable tourism development evaluation system and evaluation model of urban river. Research results are as follows：l） Evaluation index system construction. On the basis of the documentary analysis method and expert advice, construct the tourism development suitability evaluation index system of urban river, which includes 5 principle hierarchies and 25 indicators. 2）Determination of index weights and score standard. Using the analytic hierarchy process and entropy method to calculate each index weight and give a clear explanation for score determination method and score standard of each indicator. 3）Empirical research. By evaluating the tourism development suitability of five urban rivers in Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province, we can see the obvious differentiation of the evaluation model： resources are key factors of affecting the urban river tourism development and the natural environment and urban tourism atmosphere are the premise and basis. Besides, specific improvement measures are put forward aiming at the evaluation results.
