玻璃体腔注射曲安奈德和阿霉素防治外伤性增生性玻璃体视网膜病变的实验研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察玻璃体腔注射曲安奈德和阿霉素治疗外伤性增生性玻璃体视网膜病变(proliferative vitreoretinopathy,PVR)的效果。方法:建立外伤性PVR动物模型。随机分为生理盐水组、曲安奈德组、阿霉素组、联合用药组。直接眼底镜观察PVR程度情况;酶联免疫吸附法(enzyme-liked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)测定玻璃体腔表皮生长因子(epidermal growth factor,EGF)、基质金属蛋白酶9(matrix metalloproteinase-9,MMP-9)浓度。结果:联合用药组PVR程度、玻璃体腔EGF、MMP-9浓度低于生理盐水组。结论:玻璃体腔注射曲安奈德和阿霉素可降低PVR形成程度,下调玻璃体腔EGF、MMP-9浓度。
