摘要
目的检测增生性糖尿病视网膜病变(PDR)玻璃体切除物中基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)和基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)的表达,探讨2者在PDR发生发展中的作用。方法使用逆转录多聚酶链反应(RT-PCR)和放射免疫方法分别检测20例PDR和10例正常对照玻璃体切除物中MMP-2、MMP-9mRNA的表达与MMP-2、MMP-9的含量。结果PDR玻璃体切除物中MMP-2、MMP-9mRNA与MMP-2、MMP-9的含量均高于正常对照(P<0.05)。结论MMP-2和MMP-9可能在PDR的发生、发展中起重要作用。
Aim: To detect the expression of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in vitrectomy specimens with proliferative diabetic retinopathy (PDR) ,in order to investigate the effect of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in the formation and development of PDR. Methods:Vitrectomy specimens from 20 patients with PDR and 10 normal controls were collected. The mRNA levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in vitrectomy specimens were measured by RT-PCR and the content of MMP-2 and MMP-9, by radioimmunoassays, respectively. Results: The levels of MMP-2 and MMP-9 in vitrectomy specimens from patients with PDR were higher than those of control (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: MMP-2 and MMP-9 may play an important role in formation and development of PDR.
