摘要
本研究选用符合育种目标要求,且与我国常用玉米种质亲缘关系远的新种质,即选用36份新种质合成了新的相互轮回选择的基础群体NRRSPⅠC0和NRRSPⅡC0,并利用细胞质量理化参数检测评价新群体,研究合成新群体与我国常用玉米种质类群的杂种优势关系,明确其利用途径。结果表明:Tan-Hz C5和NRRSP I C0细胞质粘滞度较高,其细胞质质量较好,而新优势群NRRSPⅡC0处于中等水平。试验结果:优势群的细胞质粘滞度大小顺序为Tan-Hz C5>NRRSP I C0>Luda>(NRRSPⅡC0=Reid C2)>PF C5>Lancaster C2>Pn6C4。表明,外来的新改良群体可在我国加以利用,并逐步改善我国玉米遗传基础狭窄的局面。
Thirty-six new maize germplasms which conform to the breeding aim and had far relationship to the common germplasms in China were selected and synthesized new base group by reciprocal recurrent selection(NRRSPⅠC0 and NRRSPⅡC0).The new group was determined and evaluated by physical and chemical parameters of cells detection,and the relationship between the new synthesized group and the common germplasms in China was studied to clear their utilization ways.The results showed that the cytoplasmic viscosities and the quality of cytoplasm of Tan-Hz C5 and NRRSP I C0 were higher,while the new heterotic group NRRSPⅡC0 was at the medium level.The order of cytoplasmic viscosity was Tan-Hz C5﹥NRRSP I C0﹥Luda﹥(NRRSP Ⅱ C0=Reid C2)﹥PF C5﹥Lancaster C2﹥Pn6 C4.The new improved external groups could be used in China,then the narrow situation of maize genetic base in China would be gradually improved.
