水稻细胞质粘滞度与细胞骨架有关

摘要 以芽鞘为试材,对水稻珍汕97A(雄性不育细胞质,CMS)及珍汕97B(正常细胞质,N)的细胞质质量参数粘滞度进行测定。结果显示,珍汕97A的粘滞度低于97B的粘滞度。其同核异质体、基因型为珍汕 97(共含有 5种细胞质即正常细胞质 N,及 T、D、G、W 4种 CMS)的粘滞度大小顺序为N>W>G>D>T。用微丝、微管的抑制剂细胞松驰素B(CB)、秋水仙素处理后,细胞质的粘滞度明显下降。在相同条件下,粘滞度下降到同一程度所需抑制剂的浓度也呈现N>W>G>D>T趋势,说明细胞质粘滞度的大小与细胞骨架有关。由此推断,细胞质粘滞度差异与细胞骨架的含量、分布及细胞骨架基因的特异性有关。 The coleoptile of rice Zhenshan 97A (male-sterile cytoplasm,CMS)and 97B (normal cytoplasm, N) were used as experimential materials. Their protoplasmic viscosity was detected. The results showed that rice Zhenshan 97A's cytoplasmic viscosity was inferior to that of 97B. One of Zhenshan 97 maintainer liner (N) and it's CMS-T?D?G?W (the same kind of gene) were also detected. The order of five protoplasmic viscosity was N>W>G>D>T. When the coleoptila were treated by Cytochalasin (CB) or Colchicine,Which were inhibitors of microfilaments and mi-crotubules, the viscosity was both decreased obviously. The quantity of CB or Colchicine needed to produce the same degree of displacement of the cell chloroplasts was N>W>G>D>T. These re-sults suggested that the protoplasmic viscosity was related to the cytoskeleton. We deduced that the differential protoplasmic viscosity maybe involved in the cytoskelental quantity, distribution and their genes'speciality.
