摘要
本研究以48个不同来源的玉米自交系为试验材料,测定其遗传距离(D^2),并对其进行聚类和分类,同时还探讨了遗传距离与杂种优势的关系。结果表明遗传距离不能完全反映亲本自交系间遗传差异的大小;聚类结果与材料的亲缘关系、地理来源没有必然的内在联系;聚类结果在很大程度上可能反映的是亲本间的形态差异。玉米在种子活力、苗期地上干重、生育前期植株生长速度3个指标上存在着明显的杂种优势,但三者的杂种优势与遗传距离的直线相关关系均不显著。用遗传距离预测玉米杂种优势有其局限性。
Using 48 parental inbred-lines of corn,the genetic distances(D^2)of these materials were measured, and clustered together. The relationship between genetic distance and heterosis in corn was discussed. Conclusions obtained were as follows:Genetic distance could not completely indicate the genetic divergence of inbred-lines of corn;there were no inevitable inner relation between the clustering result and the consanguinity and geographical source of corn; the clustering result might reflect the morphological divergences of the inbred-lines of corn to the great extent. There existed evident heterosis in the seed vigor, in the upper dry weight of seedlings and in the growth speed of plant of corn.
