摘要
就目前本科生就业难度不断增大,而本科生实验教学与学生就业需求联系不紧密的现状进行了细致分析,提出从实验教学模式、教材的编写、实验内容的调整及一套完整实验运行机制和保障制度等入手,加强实验课改革、以就业为导向,以工作任务为主线,实现理论与实验环节整体优化。提高本科教学质量、培养大学生创新能力,增强学生就业竞争力为指导,以教育部"质量工程"为契机,探索高校本科实验课教学的改革。
Nowadays, the undergraduates＇ getting employment is becoming more and more diffieult. Experimental teaching is not closely connected with undergraduates＇ demands for employment. Starting with the reform of experimental teaching mode, experiment teaching material, content of experiment, operation mechanism and security system, experimental teaching must establish the idea of taking employment as the direction, exeeuting task as main line to realize overall optimization of theory and experimentation links. We should explore the undergraduates＇ employment reform to improve reaching quality by seizing the opportunity of teaching quality project, strengthen the training of college students＇ innovative ability and enhance the competitive ability of undergraduates＇ getting employment.
