摘要
非政府组织(NGO)的参与,为河南省艾滋病防治工作增添了新生力量,但其自身能力不足给管理工作带来很大难度。建议非政府组织加强自身综合能力建设,管理部门充分利用非政府组织的自身优势,予以科学引导、大力支持,有效发挥他们的积极作用,对遏制艾滋病的流行和蔓延起到积极的推动作用。
NGO’s participation has added a new force to HIV/AIDS control and prevention in Henan,but it has also caused some great problems because of NGO’s own inadequate capability.It is recommended that NGOs should strengthen their own overall capacity bulding and that the management departments should give them scientific guidance by taking advantage of their strengths and provide them with strong support to enable them to bring their roles into full play,so that NGOs may contribute to containing the epidemic and spread of HIV/AIDS.
