摘要
加拿大职业教育发达,具有先进的管理机制,学习制度灵活,教学标准严格,学生实践能力强,与企业联系密切,能力本位为主的教学理念等特色,对我国职业教育的改革和发展具有很好的启发意义。
Now Canadian vocational education is already well-developed. It has many important features such as advanced management mechanism, agile study system, and rigorous teaching criterion. The students have strong practice ability and the community colleges have good connections with enterprises. The teaching thought of Competency-Based Education （CBE） is primary. All these features have good illuminative signifieances for the reform and development of the Chinese vocational education.
