摘要
我国目前拥有石油高等院校6所,每年为石油工业培养数万名不同层次的人才。人才培养拥有博士、硕士、本科、专科和成人高教等多样化办学层次,基本符合石油工业需要。但石油高校还肩负着以学习新理论、新技术、新方法的继续教育重任。在此笔者就石油高校继续教育创新人才的培养做一些探讨。
There are 6 petroleum universities in China,training talents of different levels for the petroleum industry.Talents of doctor＇s degree and master＇s degree,graduates of universities and colleges and graduates of adult education meet the demand of petroleum industry.These universities also shoulder the task of continuing education for new theories,new technologies and new approaches.In this paper the author discusses the training of innovative talents in these universities.
