摘要
针对社会上较大数量的老式实验用电加热恒温设备需要维修、改造而找不到配件等困难,提出了在仪器设备原有基础上,利用各种数显数控仪表、接触器以及各种功率模块组合,代替原有温度控制部件,实现了更加直观、方便、可靠、精准的温度控制方案。改造过的20余台套电加热恒温设备多年的无故障运行表明,改造方案是成功的,且节省了购置经费。
There is a great quantity of old style experimental electric heating thermostatic equipment in the soci- ety, for most of them it is necessary to maintain and reform, but on fittings. In the original foundation, it is put forward that using each kind of digital display and control instrumentation, the contact device as well as each kind of power module combination, to replace the original temperature control section, and realize more direct-viewing, convenient, reliable, and accurate temperature control.
