摘要
本文介绍了一种大功率负载交变恒流驱动系统的设计方案,并针对其特殊应用场合下存在的非线性、时滞性或强耦合性,采用将改进型Bang-Bang控制和一种新型模糊免疫PID控制相结合的闭环控制算法。该新型模糊免疫PID控制器由一个采用了简化临界比例度整定法的增量式PID控制器和一个基本免疫比例控制器串联而成,免疫比例控制器的非线性函数由模糊推理来实现。实验结果表明,该系统运行良好,输出稳定,波纹小,调整速度快,具有良好的鲁棒性和较强的抗干扰能力,工程应用价值高。
A design scheme for an alternating constant current drive system is introduced for high-power load. Nonlinearity, time-delay and strong coupling under specific applications are addressed. A closed-loop control algorithm by combining an improved Bang-Bang control and a new fuzzy-immune PID control is proposed. The new fuzzy-immune PID controller consists of an incremental PID controller using simplified critical proportional method (Z-N method) and a basic immune proportional controller in cascaded connection. The non-linear function of the immune proportion controller is realized by using fuzzy reasoning. Experimental results show that the system performs well and has stable output, small bellows, rapid justification speed, high robustness and strong disturbance rejection capability. It is envisioned that the method will find a wide range of engineering applications.
