摘要
热风干燥技术是一种传统的干燥方式,基于PLC技术对干燥箱内不同点进行监测,通过不同方式的改造与试验,实现对干燥箱体的温度、风速及湿度的自动控制与调节,从而达到节能的目的,提高设备的工作效率。
Hot air drying technology is a traditional drying mode. Based on PLC technology, the temperature, wind speed and hu-midity are tested at different places in drying oven. Through different transformations and experiments, automatic control and adjust-ment of temperature, wind speed and humidity of the drying box are realized, and the purpose of energy saving, efficiency improving is achieved.
