摘要
目的建立一种新的测定公共场所空气中甲醛方法。方法以0.005%酚试剂作吸收液,在10g/LNaCl和10g/L盐酸苯肼体系中,示波极谱法测定公共场所空气中甲醛。结果该方法线性范围在0.00~2.50μg/10ml,关系良好,灵敏度高。用0.005%酚试剂作吸收液稳定性较好,最低检出质量0.02μg。精密度为1.26%~3.11%,在-870mv处产生-灵敏极谱峰,加标回收率为95.2%~101.2%。结论用酚试剂-示波极谱法测定公共场所空气中甲醛方法简单、稳定性好、容易操作,适用于公共场所空气中甲醛的测定。
Objective To establish a new method to detect formaldehyde in air in public place. Methods Form- aldehyde concentration in the air was detected by oscillopolarography by using 0. 005% phenol reagent as absorption solution in the system of 10g/L NaCl and 10g/L C6H5NHNH2·HCl. Results The linear range of linearity was 0. 00-2. 50μg/10 ml, the detection limit was 0. 2μg, the precision was 1.26%- 3.11%, the recovery was 95.2%-01.2% and there was a sensitive polarographic peak at -870my. The application of 0. 005% phenol reagent as absorption solution improved the stability. Results The reslt showed that there was no significant difference between the values from this method and the national standard method. Conclusion High sensitivity, good linear relationship, better stability and easy operation make it a reliable method to detect the formaldehyde concentration in air in public place.
