摘要 基于在稀硫酸介质中,甲醛对溴酸钾氧化苯胺蓝的褪色反应具有显著催化作用,建立一种简单和快速测定痕量甲醛的新方法。该方法的线性范围为0.05mg/L^0.6mg/L,相关系数为0.9978,检出限为4.2×10-5g/L。利用此法测定香菇中甲醛,加标回收率为97.4%~103.9%。 A new simple rapid catalytic spectrophotometric method has been developed for the determination of trace formaldehyde .This method is based on the catalytic effect of formaldehyde on the decoloring reaction of aniline blue by potassium bromate in the presence of sulfuric acid. The calibration curve was linear between 0.05 mg/L-0.6 mg/L of formaldehyde. The correlation coefficient and the detection limit were 0.997 8 and 4.2 × 10^-5 g/L respectively. The proposed method was applied to the determination of formaldehyde in mushroom with the recovery of 97.4%-103.9%.
