摘要
我国工业企业特别是纺织行业的信息化,是企业面对未来国际市场竞争的重要手段。本文针对生产计划系统所面临的频繁多变、日趋激烈的纺织品市场竞争,运用信息化方面现行的先进纺纱、织造、质量控制等理论,探讨如何利用计算机进行企业生产计划管理,发挥计算机的辅助设计、辅助管理功能提高管理者的工作效率、提高企业的管理水平。重点介绍一下生产计划管理系统。
Informatization of China＇s industrial enterprises, especially the textile industry, is an important means to face the future competition in the international market. Production planning system faces frequent changing, increasingly fierce competition in textile market. This paper researched how to manage enterprise production with computers playing computer＇s functions of aided designing and auxiliary management to improve the efficiency of managers and enterprise management level, using advanced information technology in the existing textile, weaving, quality control concepets.
