摘要
以纺纱生产信息化为主题,根据纺织企业的实际生产情况建立了排产计算的数学模型,依据该模型能够确定如何将多种不同的制品按其规定的工序安排到相应的设备上,并决定各制品的投入顺序与时间,使得加工过程能充分发挥设备的生产能力,有效缩短生产周期,提高生产效率,为生产计划的制定和车间作业的编排奠定基础.
Focusing on the informationization of spinning process and basing on the actual situation of product process in textile enterprises,the algorithmic models of yarn spinning scheduling were set up.According to the models,different products could be arranged with prescriptive working procedure and corresponding equipments,the order and the time of product feeding could be ensured,which brought the productivity of yarn equipments into play fully,reduced the production cycle effectively,enhanced productivity efficiency.Those were the basis of making out the yarn spinning plan and workshop scheduling.
