摘要
作者在IBM-PC/XT微机上开发了棉纺织厂计划管理软件,该软件主要用于编制工厂的月生产计划,并可为工厂领导正确决策提供参考。经在蒲纺总厂使用证明,它不但能大大提高计划人员的工作效率,而且与人工编制的计划相比,可使工厂的利润提高2.5%左右。
The author puts forward the software for arranging the monthly production plan on
micro computer type IMB-PC/XT, and it is useful for the mill executive's reference. It is
proved by using this software in Pu Cotton Mill that it can raise the efficiency of
planning staff and increase the profit about 2.5% when compared with the production
plannet by traditional method.
